Requirements
- Current pharmacist license/registration in good standing (e.g., PharmD, RPh, or equivalent).
- Board certification where applicable.
- Recent experience in retail, clinical, or hospital pharmacy.
- Comfort in evaluating drug interactions, dosing, and therapeutic reasoning.
- Ability to focus on complex medical data for up to one hour.
- Reliable, fast internet connection and a personal computer.
- Valid PayPal account to receive payments.
- Willingness to self-declare earnings as a self-employed participant.
- Successful completion of a skills/eligibility screener.
Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated responses to pharmaceutical scenarios for accuracy, safety, and clinical reasoning.
- Compare multiple model answers and justify the best response based on current pharmacy standards.
- Write improved exemplars, rationales, and structured feedback for AI models.
- Evaluate AI performance in medication counseling and pharmacology tasks.
