Requirements
- Active, verified pharmacist license or registration in good standing (e.g., PharmD, RPh, or equivalent).
- Board certification where applicable.
- Recent professional experience in retail, clinical, or hospital pharmacy.
- Proficiency in evaluating drug interactions, dosing, and therapeutic reasoning.
- Ability to focus on complex medical data for up to one hour.
- Reliable, fast internet connection and a personal computer.
- PayPal account for receipt of payments.
- Willingness to complete a skills/eligibility screener.
- Self-employed status (responsibility to self-declare earnings).
Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated responses to pharmaceutical scenarios for accuracy, safety, and clinical reasoning.
- Compare multiple model answers and justify the best response based on current pharmacy standards.
- Write improved exemplars and structured feedback to guide AI learning in pharmacology.
- Evaluate AI outputs regarding drug interactions, dosing, and therapeutic reasoning.
- Contribute expert knowledge to improve AI systems in healthcare.
