Requirements
- Current license or registration in good standing (e.g., PharmD, RPh, or equivalent).
- Board certification where applicable.
- Recent experience in retail, clinical, or hospital pharmacy.
- Competence in evaluating drug interactions, dosing, and therapeutic reasoning.
- Ability to focus on complex medical data for up to one hour.
- Reliable, fast internet connection and a computer.

- Ability to work independently as a self-employed participant.
- Successful completion of a short skills/eligibility assessment.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated responses to pharmaceutical scenarios for accuracy, safety, and clinical reasoning.
- Compare multiple model answers and select/justify the best response based on pharmacy standards.
- Write improved exemplars and rationales to refine AI models in pharmacology and medication counseling.
- Provide structured feedback on AI model performance.
- Participate in ongoing evaluation of cutting-edge AI systems.
