Requirements
- Current license/registration in good standing (e.g., PharmD, RPh, or equivalent).
- Board certification where applicable.
- Recent experience in retail, clinical, or hospital pharmacy.
- Comfort in evaluating drug interactions, dosing, and therapeutic reasoning.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to focus on complex medical data for up to one hour.
- Reliable, fast internet connection.
- Access to a computer.

- Willingness to self-declare earnings as a self-employed participant.
- Completion of a short skills/eligibility screener.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated responses to pharmaceutical scenarios for accuracy, safety, and clinical reasoning.
- Compare multiple model answers and select or justify the best response based on current pharmacy standards.
- Write improved exemplars, rationales, and structured feedback for AI models.
- Focus on complex medical data for up to one hour of uninterrupted time.
- Complete skills and eligibility screening assessments.
