Requirements
- Current license/registration in good standing (e.g., PharmD, RPh, or equivalent).
- Board certification where applicable.
- Recent experience in retail, clinical, or hospital pharmacy.
- Comfort in evaluating drug interactions, dosing, and therapeutic reasoning.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on complex medical data for up to one hour.
- Reliable, fast internet connection and a computer.
- Possession of a PayPal account to receive payments.
- Willingness to self-declare earnings as a self-employed individual.
- Willingness to complete a short skills/eligibility screener.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing AI-generated responses to pharmaceutical scenarios and rating them for accuracy, safety, and clinical reasoning.
- Comparing multiple model answers and selecting/justifying the best response based on current pharmacy standards.
- Writing improved exemplars, rationales, or structured feedback to help models learn where they fall short in medication counseling or pharmacology.
