Requirements
- Hold a current license/registration in good standing (e.g., PharmD, RPh, or equivalent).
- Board certification where applicable.
- Possess recent professional experience in retail, clinical, or hospital pharmacy.
- Demonstrate comfort in evaluating drug interactions, dosing, and therapeutic reasoning.
- Ability to focus on complex medical data for up to one hour.
- Maintain a reliable, fast internet connection and access to a computer.
- Possess a PayPal account for payment processing.
- Willingness to self-declare earnings as a self-employed participant.
- Ability to complete a skills/eligibility screener assessment.
Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated responses to pharmaceutical scenarios for accuracy, safety, and clinical reasoning.
- Compare multiple AI model answers and select or justify the best response based on current pharmacy standards.
- Write improved exemplars and structured feedback to correct deficiencies in medication counseling or pharmacology.
- Evaluate complex medical data and provide high-quality human feedback for AI model training.
