Requirements
- Current pharmacy license or registration in good standing (e.g., PharmD, RPh, or equivalent).
- Board certification where applicable.
- Recent experience in retail, clinical, or hospital pharmacy.
- Proficiency in evaluating drug interactions, dosing, and therapeutic reasoning.
- Ability to maintain focus on complex medical data for up to one hour.
- Reliable, fast internet connection.
- Access to a computer.
- Willingness to complete a skills/eligibility assessment.
- Possession of a PayPal account for payment processing.
- Willingness to manage self-employment earnings and tax reporting.
Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated responses to pharmaceutical scenarios and rate them for accuracy, safety, and clinical reasoning.
- Compare multiple model answers and select the best response based on current pharmacy standards.
- Justify selection of model responses with clinical reasoning.
- Write improved exemplars and rationales to train AI models.
- Provide structured feedback on model performance in medication counseling and pharmacology.
