Requirements
- Hold a current license/registration in good standing (e.g., PharmD, RPh) and board certification where applicable.
- Possess recent experience in retail, clinical, or hospital pharmacy settings.
- Demonstrate comfort in evaluating drug interactions, dosing, and therapeutic reasoning.
- Maintain strong attention to detail with the ability to focus on complex medical data for up to one hour.
- Provide a reliable, fast internet connection and a computer.
- Maintain a PayPal account to receive payments.
- Willingness to self-declare earnings as a self-employed individual.
- Complete a short skills/eligibility screener to join the Domain Expert pool.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated responses to pharmaceutical scenarios for accuracy, safety, and clinical reasoning.
- Perform comparative analysis of model answers, selecting and justifying the best response based on pharmacy standards.
- Create improved exemplars, rationales, and structured feedback to guide AI learning in medication counseling and pharmacology.
