Requirements
- Current pharmacy license or registration in good standing (e.g., PharmD, RPh, or equivalent).
- Board certification where applicable.
- Recent experience in retail, clinical, or hospital pharmacy.
- Expertise in evaluating drug interactions, dosing, and therapeutic reasoning.
- Ability to focus on complex medical data for up to one hour.
- Reliable, fast internet connection and a personal computer.
- PayPal account to receive payments.
- Willingness to self-declare earnings as a self-employed participant.
- Completion of a short skills/eligibility screener.
Responsibilities
- Review and rate AI-generated responses for accuracy, safety, and clinical reasoning in pharmaceutical scenarios.
- Perform comparative analysis by selecting and justifying the best model answer based on current pharmacy standards.
- Write improved exemplars and rationales to enhance model performance.
- Provide structured feedback on medication counseling and pharmacology content.
- Complete assessments to ensure suitability for specialized AI tasks.
