Requirements
- Current license or registration in good standing (e.g., PharmD, RPh, or equivalent).
- Board certification where applicable.
- Recent experience in retail, clinical, or hospital pharmacy.
- Comfort in evaluating drug interactions, dosing, and therapeutic reasoning.
- Ability to maintain focus on complex medical data for up to one hour.
- Reliable, fast internet connection and personal computer.
- Possession of a PayPal account for payment receipt.
- Willingness to self-declare earnings as a self-employed individual.
- Successful completion of a skills/eligibility screener.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for pharmaceutical accuracy, safety, and clinical reasoning.
- Perform comparative analysis of multiple model answers to select and justify the best responses.
- Write improved exemplars and rationales to assist in model learning.
- Provide structured feedback on medication counseling and pharmacology scenarios.
- Complete tasks requiring up to one hour of uninterrupted focus.
