Requirements
- Current pharmacist license in good standing (e.g., PharmD, RPh, or equivalent).
- Board certification where applicable.
- Recent clinical experience in retail, clinical, or hospital pharmacy settings.
- Comfort evaluating drug interactions, dosing, and therapeutic reasoning.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to focus for up to one hour at a time.
- Reliable internet connection and a personal computer.
- Valid PayPal account for receiving payments.
- Willingness to self-declare earnings as a self-employed participant.
- Willingness to complete a skills/eligibility screener.
Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated responses to pharmaceutical scenarios for accuracy, safety, and clinical reasoning.
- Compare multiple model answers and justify the best response based on pharmacy standards.
- Write improved exemplars and rationales to assist AI models in medication counseling and pharmacology.
- Rate AI responses for performance and clinical quality.
- Provide structured feedback on AI models' therapeutic reasoning.
