Requirements
- Current pharmacy license/registration in good standing (e.g., PharmD, RPh, or equivalent).
- Board certification where applicable.
- Recent experience in retail, clinical, or hospital pharmacy.
- Ability to evaluate drug interactions, dosing, and therapeutic reasoning.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to focus for up to one hour on complex data.
- Reliable, fast internet connection and a computer.
- PayPal account for receiving payments.
- Willingness to self-declare earnings as a self-employed participant.
- Completion of a short skills/eligibility assessment.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated responses to pharmaceutical scenarios for accuracy, safety, and clinical reasoning.
- Perform comparative analysis of model answers, selecting and justifying the best response based on pharmacy standards.
- Write improved exemplars, rationales, and structured feedback.
- Assist models in learning to better perform medication counseling and pharmacological analysis.
