Requirements
- Hold a current, verified pharmacy license or registration in good standing (e.g., PharmD, RPh, or equivalent).
- Possess board certification where applicable.
- Demonstrate recent professional experience in retail, clinical, or hospital pharmacy.
- Exhibit comfort in evaluating drug interactions, dosing, and therapeutic reasoning.
- Maintain strong attention to detail and ability to focus for up to one hour at a time.
- Reliable, fast internet connection and a computer.
- Must possess a PayPal account to receive payments.
- Willingness to self-declare earnings as a self-employed participant.
- Willingness to complete a skills/eligibility assessment.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate the accuracy, safety, and clinical reasoning of AI-generated responses to pharmaceutical scenarios.
- Perform comparative analysis by selecting and justifying the best model responses based on pharmacy standards.
- Write improved exemplars, rationales, and structured feedback to enhance AI learning in pharmacology and medication counseling.
