Requirements
- Current pharmacy license/registration in good standing (e.g., PharmD, RPh, or equivalent).
- Board certification where applicable.
- Recent experience in retail, clinical, or hospital pharmacy.
- Proficiency in evaluating drug interactions, dosing, and therapeutic reasoning.
- Ability to maintain focus on complex medical data for up to one hour.
- Access to a reliable, fast internet connection and a computer.
- Must possess a PayPal account to receive payments.
- Willingness to self-declare earnings as a self-employed participant.
- Successful completion of a skills/eligibility screener.
Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated responses to pharmaceutical scenarios and rate them for accuracy, safety, and clinical reasoning.
- Compare multiple model answers and select or justify the best response based on current pharmacy standards.
- Write improved exemplars and rationales to assist models with medication counseling and pharmacology.
- Provide structured feedback on model limitations.
- Focus on complex medical data for up to one hour of uninterrupted time.
