Requirements
- Director-level or above experience in an Operations or PMO function.
- Experience across sectors such as Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, Technology, Financial Services, Utilities, or Government.
- Deep background in project governance, resource planning, portfolio management, or capacity planning.
- Current or recent hands-on use of a PPM platform such as Microsoft Project, Planview, Smartsheet, Jira, or ServiceNow.
- Ability to draw on complex planning workflows to provide nuanced expert insight.
- Exceptional written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Must be prepared to complete tasks requiring one hour of uninterrupted work.
- Must have a PayPal account to receive payments.
Responsibilities
- Share expert perspective on project prioritisation, resource allocation, and portfolio governance.
- Assess and respond to complex PMO scenarios including governance cycles, capacity reviews, and budget forecasting.
- Participate in structured surveys and interviews regarding planning practices.
- Provide informed feedback on planning and portfolio management software tools.
- Contribute expertise to help research teams understand operational frameworks.
