Requirements
- Experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, or data platform development in modern environments.
- Experience building/developing data areas and coordinating initiatives across technology teams.
- Experience building and scaling modern cloud-based data platforms.
- Practical knowledge of data architecture, data modeling, and Data Governance.
- Experience creating data products for business and technical users.
- Knowledge of modern data ecosystems including data warehouses, data lakes, and analytics tools.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience building solutions for Machine Learning and Generative AI.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at a strategic level.
- Very good command of the English language.
- B2 proficiency in Polish.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute data strategy supporting product development, analytics, and AI initiatives.
- Develop the data area including Data Engineering, Data Platform, Analytics Engineering, and Data Architecture competencies.
- Define architectural direction and organizational standards for data.
- Develop a modern data platform for analytics, reporting, and AI solutions.
- Collaborate with business and technology leaders to maximize the business value of data.
- Implement product-oriented data approaches, including ownership, data quality, and accessibility.
- Establish practices for Data Governance, security, and data lifecycle management.
- Support the development of Machine Learning and AI solutions through robust technical foundations.
