Requirements
- 6+ years of professional GIS experience
- Advanced proficiency with ArcGIS Pro (with extensions), ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Enterprise (Server, Portal, Image Server)
- Demonstrated Python 3.x development experience building complex, production-ready geospatial tools
- Proficiency with ArcPy, ArcGIS API for Python, NumPy, and Pandas
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Geography, GIS, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Python based data pipelines to automate import, cleaning, transformation, and analysis of geospatial datasets from diverse sources
- Develop ArcGIS Online Hosted Notebooks, ArcGIS Pro Python Toolboxes, and ArcGIS Geoprocessing services to support geospatial applications and workflows
- Design and administer enterprise relational and spatial databases supporting analysis, data management, and frontend applications
- Deliver production-quality code following professional development standards, including version control with Git and GitHub, code review, and release management
- Perform quality assurance and debugging of geospatial data, scripts, and services
- Give live demonstrations and presentations to clients showcasing workflows, solutions, and outcomes
- Collaborate with clients to define project requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications
- Mentor junior analysts and foster knowledge-sharing across the team
