Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Python Developer (using Python as a primary language).
- Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals (SOLID, ACID, Testing).
- Hands-on experience with AWS.
- Hands-on experience with frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, and Flask.
- Extensive experience integrating with or creating REST APIs.
- Experience working in Scrum and following Agile development practices.
- Teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Passionate about continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
- Experience with event-driven microservices or message queues (desirable).
- Understanding of Salesforce integrations (desirable).
Responsibilities
- Define, own, and maintain services in our service catalogue within your domain.
- Design, build, run, and scale services globally.
- Collaborate with the product team to select technology partners.
- Work with backend engineers across multiple agile teams on design, refinement, implementation, and mentoring.
- Align team vision and roadmap with target architecture for complex multi-domain initiatives.
- Translate requirements into well-engineered solutions in collaboration with product owners, mobile/web engineers, and data scientists.
- Contribute to the Community of Practice and establish best practices among fellow engineers.
