Requirements

- 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Proficiency with Adobe is preferred.
- Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience in editing or proofreading is highly desired.
- Familiarity working with editorial style guides.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a geographically dispersed team.
- Ability to travel to client meetings and conferences (up to 5 times annually).
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project deliverables across teams, ensuring timely completion through tracking and communication.
- Create and maintain project artifacts including meeting agendas, minutes, action item logs, and risk/issue tracking documents.
- Perform annual updates to program ancillary documentation, user guides, and administration manuals following client style guides.
- Ensure project artifacts and client-facing materials maintain consistent quality and branding standards.
- Support software user acceptance testing (UAT) processes.
