Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Proficiency with Adobe is preferred.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience in editing or proofreading is highly desired.
  • Familiarity working with editorial style guides.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a geographically dispersed team.
  • Ability to travel to client meetings and conferences (up to 5 times annually).

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project deliverables across teams, ensuring timely completion through tracking and communication.
  • Create and maintain project artifacts including meeting agendas, minutes, action item logs, and risk/issue tracking documents.
  • Perform annual updates to program ancillary documentation, user guides, and administration manuals following client style guides.
  • Ensure project artifacts and client-facing materials maintain consistent quality and branding standards.
  • Support software user acceptance testing (UAT) processes.
