Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in science (biomedical science, pharmaceuticals, biology, medicine, bioinformatics) or equivalent experience.
- Data management experience, preferably in a pharma or biotech environment.
- Programming skills (SQL).
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset.
- Affinity with IT systems.
- Experience with R or LIS systems (preferred).
- Knowledge of CAP, CLIA, GCP environments and FDA guidelines (preferred).
- PhD degree (optional/plus).
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Clinical project managers on clinical trial data management.
- Develop, validate, and maintain project-specific databases.
- Design data transfer specifications in collaboration with customers.
- Program and validate data exports using SQL, R, and other tools.
- Ensure the quality and timely delivery of each data transfer.
