- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of inbound and/or outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication scripts, prompts, and call flows
- Identify customer needs and clarify information
- Keep accurate records of all conversations in the call center database
- Navigate multiple screens and systems to provide support
- Assist customers with finding or changing doctors, ordering ID cards, and submitting claims
- Help insured individuals with disputing bills, filing grievances, and appeals
- Set up gym membership programs and assist with Medicare/Social Security applications
