  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
  • Prior health insurance knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of inbound and/or outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Follow communication scripts, prompts, and call flows
  • Identify customer needs and clarify information
  • Keep accurate records of all conversations in the call center database
  • Navigate multiple screens and systems to provide support
  • Assist customers with finding or changing doctors, ordering ID cards, and submitting claims
  • Help insured individuals with disputing bills, filing grievances, and appeals
  • Set up gym membership programs and assist with Medicare/Social Security applications
