Requirements
- Manager-level position or above in software engineering, software development, product management, or UX/product design.
- Experience evaluating, selecting, implementing, or managing workflow management tools.
- Familiarity with software development, product development, or design workflows.
- Involvement in purchasing decisions, tool selection, budgeting, or strategic recommendations for development/collaboration tools.
- Direct experience with tools such as Jira, Linear, Azure DevOps, GitHub Projects, GitLab, Shortcut, Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com.
- Availability to complete paid research tasks requiring up to one hour of uninterrupted work.
Responsibilities
- Complete a paid screener to assess background and suitability for research tasks.
- Participate in AI-moderated interviews and written tasks.
- Complete qualitative surveys and feedback activities.
- Share professional insights regarding workflow management practices.
- Provide expertise on tool selection, procurement, and organizational needs.
