Requirements
- Manager-level position or higher
- Current or recent role in Software Engineering, Software Development, Product Management, or UX/Product Design
- Experience evaluating, selecting, implementing, or managing workflow management tools
- Familiarity with software development, product development, or design workflows
- Direct experience with tools such as Jira, Linear, Azure DevOps, GitHub Projects, GitLab Issues/Boards, Shortcut, Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com
- Involvement in purchasing decisions, tool selection, budgeting, or strategic recommendations related to development and collaboration tools
- Ability to complete paid tasks that require one hour of uninterrupted work
Responsibilities
- Complete a paid screener to assess background and suitability for research tasks
- Participate in AI-moderated interviews and written tasks
- Complete qualitative surveys and feedback activities
- Share insights about workflow management practices, tool selection, and organizational needs
