Requirements

- Technical familiarity with industry-standard design tools including Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Ability to distinguish between consumer-grade and enterprise-ready content.
- Valid link to a portfolio or work samples provided during screening.
- Must be prepared to complete tasks requiring one hour of uninterrupted work.
- Strictly prohibited from using LLMs or generative AI tools to complete tasks.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate two candidate designs side-by-side to determine which better meets professional standards.
- Judge design outputs based on dimensions such as readability, text density, information hierarchy, and overall professionalism.
- Review 'before and after' style tasks to verify which AI output better satisfied a specific edit or change request.
- Participate in experimental tasks focused on refining how AI handles concise visual communication.
