Requirements

- Ability to distinguish between consumer-grade and enterprise-ready visual content.
- Provision of a valid link to a professional portfolio or work samples during the screening process.
- Capability to perform tasks requiring up to one hour of uninterrupted, focused work.
- Strict adherence to AI-free completion of all evaluation tasks.
Responsibilities
- Perform side-by-side preference evaluations to determine which AI-generated designs better meet professional standards.
- Judge candidate designs based on specific dimensions including readability, text density, and information hierarchy.
- Verify 'before and after' style tasks to assess AI success in satisfying specific design edit requests.
- Participate in experimental, narrow tasks to refine how AI handles visual communication.
- Apply expert knowledge to provide professional sensitivity to AI design outputs.
