Requirements
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience building, deploying, or fine-tuning ML models in a production environment.
- Professional-level understanding of neural network architectures (Transformers, CNNs, RNNs) and optimization techniques.
- Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering, RLHF, or RAG workflows.
- Ability to audit complex model logic, identify training data contamination, and evaluate mathematical proofs.
- Expert proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow/Keras.
- Advanced Python skills (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).
- Experience with Hugging Face Transformers.
- Experience with cloud and MLOps platforms such as AWS SageMaker, Google Cloud Vertex AI, Weights & Biases, or LangChain.
- Familiarity with vector databases like Pinecone, Milvus, or Weaviate.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate LLM architecture logic, including model explanations, loss functions, and backpropagation.
- Audit ML-specific code, training loops, data preprocessing scripts, and model evaluations.
- Refine RLHF frameworks to align models with human intent, safety, and helpfulness.
- Analyze model reasoning, including chain-of-thought (CoT) prompts to identify logical failures.
- Benchmark performance via comparative testing between model outputs.
