Requirements
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- Professional experience building, deploying, or fine-tuning ML models in production.
- Expert proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow/Keras.
- Advanced Python skills (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).
- Experience with Hugging Face Transformers.
- Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering, RLHF, or RAG workflows.
- Knowledge of cloud MLOps tools (AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, Weights & Biases, LangChain).
- Familiarity with vector databases like Pinecone, Milvus, or Weaviate.
- Ability to audit model logic, identify data contamination, and evaluate mathematical proofs.
- High attention to detail in detecting hallucinations and biased AI outputs.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate LLM architecture logic, including loss functions and backpropagation, for technical accuracy.
- Audit ML-specific code, training loops, and data preprocessing scripts for efficiency.
- Refine RLHF frameworks to align models with human intent, safety, and helpfulness.
- Analyze AI chain-of-thought (CoT) reasoning to identify logic failures.
- Conduct benchmark performance testing across different model outputs.
