Requirements
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related quantitative field with a focus on Machine Learning.
- Professional experience building, deploying, or fine-tuning ML models in a production environment.
- Deep understanding of neural network architectures including Transformers, CNNs, and RNNs.
- Hands-on experience with LLM workflows such as Prompt Engineering, RLHF, or RAG.
- Ability to audit complex model logic, identify training data contamination, and evaluate mathematical proofs.
- Strong attention to detail in spotting hallucinations, bias, and logical errors in technical content.
- Expert proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow/Keras.
- Advanced Python skills including NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
- Experience with Hugging Face Transformers.
- Experience with cloud MLOps tools such as AWS SageMaker, Google Cloud Vertex AI, Weights & Biases, or LangChain.
- Familiarity with vector databases like Pinecone, Milvus, or Weaviate.
Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated explanations of model architectures, loss functions, and backpropagation for technical accuracy.
- Validate ML-specific code, including training loops, data preprocessing scripts, and model evaluations, for efficiency and correctness.
- Provide high-quality human feedback to refine RLHF frameworks and align models with human intent, safety, and helpfulness.
- Critically assess AI navigation of complex chain-of-thought (CoT) prompts to identify reasoning failures.
- Conduct comparative performance testing between different model outputs based on specific technical taxonomies and metrics.
