Requirements
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related quantitative field
- Professional experience building, deploying, or fine-tuning ML models in a production environment
- Expert proficiency in neural network architectures including Transformers, CNNs, and RNNs
- Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering, RLHF, or RAG workflows
- Ability to audit complex model logic and identify training data contamination
- Strong attention to detail in identifying hallucinations and biased outputs
- Expert proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow/Keras
- Advanced Python skills including NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn
- Experience with Hugging Face Transformers
- Experience with cloud MLOps tools such as AWS SageMaker, Google Cloud Vertex AI, Weights & Biases, or LangChain
- Familiarity with vector databases like Pinecone, Milvus, or Weaviate
Responsibilities
- Evaluate LLM architecture logic including loss functions and backpropagation
- Audit ML-specific code, training loops, and data preprocessing scripts
- Refine RLHF frameworks to align models with human intent
- Analyze AI model reasoning, including chain-of-thought processing
- Benchmark model performance against technical taxonomies and metrics
