Requirements
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or related quantitative field with a focus on Machine Learning.
- Experience building, deploying, or fine-tuning ML models in a production environment.
- Professional-level understanding of neural network architectures (Transformers, CNNs, RNNs) and optimization techniques.
- Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering, RLHF, or RAG workflows.
- Ability to audit complex model logic, identify data contamination, and evaluate mathematical proofs.
- Attention to detail in identifying AI hallucinations, bias, and logical errors.
- Expert proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow/Keras.
- Advanced Python skills (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn) and experience with Hugging Face Transformers.
- Experience with cloud and MLOps tools such as AWS SageMaker, Google Cloud Vertex AI, Weights & Biases, or LangChain.
- Familiarity with vector databases like Pinecone, Milvus, or Weaviate.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate LLM architecture logic, including model explanations, loss functions, and backpropagation.
- Audit ML-specific code, training loops, data preprocessing scripts, and model evaluation notebooks.
- Refine RLHF frameworks by providing high-quality human feedback for model alignment.
- Analyze AI reasoning through complex chain-of-thought prompts to identify logical failures.
- Conduct comparative performance benchmarking between different model outputs using technical taxonomies.
