Requirements
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- Professional experience building, deploying, or fine-tuning ML models in production.
- Deep understanding of neural network architectures (Transformers, CNNs, RNNs).
- Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering, RLHF, or RAG workflows.
- Expert proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow/Keras.
- Advanced Python skills (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).
- Experience with Hugging Face Transformers.
- Experience with cloud ML platforms like AWS SageMaker or Google Vertex AI.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools such as Weights & Biases and LangChain.
- Knowledge of vector databases like Pinecone, Milvus, or Weaviate.
- Ability to audit complex model logic and identify training data contamination.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate LLM architecture logic including loss functions and backpropagation for technical accuracy.
- Audit ML-specific code and notebooks, including training loops and preprocessing scripts.
- Refine RLHF frameworks to align models with human intent, safety, and helpfulness.
- Analyze AI model reasoning, including chain-of-thought outputs, to identify where reasoning fails.
- Conduct comparative benchmarking and performance testing of model outputs based on technical taxonomies.
