Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- Demonstrated professional experience building, deploying, or fine-tuning ML models in a production environment.
- Professional-level understanding of neural network architectures, including Transformers, CNNs, and RNNs.
- Hands-on experience with LLM workflows, including Prompt Engineering, RLHF, and RAG.
- Ability to audit complex model logic, identify training data contamination, and evaluate ML algorithm mathematical proofs.
- High attention to detail in spotting hallucinations, bias, or logical failures in technical AI content.
- Expert proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow/Keras.
- Advanced Python skills (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).
- Experience with Hugging Face Transformers.
- Experience with cloud and MLOps tools like AWS SageMaker, Google Cloud Vertex AI, Weights & Biases, or LangChain.
- Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Milvus, or Weaviate.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate LLM-generated explanations of model architectures, loss functions, and backpropagation for technical accuracy.
- Audit ML-specific code, such as training loops, data preprocessing scripts, and model evaluation scripts, for efficiency and correctness.
- Refine RLHF frameworks to provide high-quality human feedback for model alignment, safety, and helpfulness.
- Analyze model reasoning by assessing AI navigation of complex chain-of-thought (CoT) prompts to identify logical failures.
- Conduct comparative benchmarking of model outputs based on technical taxonomies and performance metrics.
