Requirements
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or related quantitative field with a focus on Machine Learning.
- Professional experience building, deploying, or fine-tuning ML models in a production environment.
- Deep understanding of neural network architectures (Transformers, CNNs, RNNs) and optimization techniques.
- Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering, RLHF, or RAG workflows.
- Ability to audit complex model logic, identify training data contamination, and evaluate mathematical proofs.
- Attention to detail in identifying AI 'hallucinations,' biased outputs, and logical failures.
- Expert proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow/Keras.
- Advanced Python skills (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).
- Experience with Hugging Face Transformers.
- Proficiency with cloud MLOps tools (AWS SageMaker, Google Cloud Vertex AI, Weights & Biases, LangChain).
- Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Milvus, or Weaviate.
Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated explanations of model architectures, loss functions, and backpropagation for technical accuracy.
- Validate ML-specific code including training loops, data preprocessing scripts, and model evaluation scripts.
- Provide high-quality human feedback to refine RLHF frameworks for model alignment and safety.
- Critically assess how AI models navigate complex chain-of-thought (CoT) prompts to identify reasoning failures.
- Conduct comparative testing and benchmarking between different model outputs based on technical taxonomies.
