Requirements
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or related quantitative field.
- Professional experience building, deploying, or fine-tuning ML models in a production environment.
- Expert proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow/Keras.
- Advanced Python skills (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).
- Hands-on experience with Hugging Face Transformers.
- Deep understanding of neural network architectures (Transformers, CNNs, RNNs) and optimization.
- Experience with Prompt Engineering, RLHF, or RAG workflows.
- Experience with cloud/MLOps tools like AWS SageMaker, Google Cloud Vertex AI, Weights & Biases, or LangChain.
- Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Milvus, or Weaviate.
- Ability to audit complex model logic, identify training data contamination, and evaluate mathematical proofs.
- Ability to complete paid tasks that require one hour of uninterrupted work.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate LLM architecture logic, including loss functions and backpropagation accuracy.
- Audit ML-specific code, training loops, and data preprocessing scripts for efficiency.
- Refine RLHF frameworks to align models with human intent, safety, and helpfulness.
- Analyze AI model navigation of complex chain-of-thought prompts to identify reasoning failures.
- Conduct comparative benchmarking of model outputs using technical taxonomies.
