Requirements
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related quantitative field with a focus on Machine Learning.
- Professional experience building, deploying, or fine-tuning ML models in a production environment.
- Deep understanding of neural network architectures (Transformers, CNNs, RNNs) and optimization techniques.
- Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering, RLHF, or RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) workflows.
- Ability to audit model logic, identify training data contamination, and evaluate mathematical proofs.
- Attention to detail in identifying hallucinations, bias, or logical failures in AI content.
- Expert proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow/Keras.
- Advanced Python skills (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).
- Experience with Hugging Face Transformers.
- Familiarity with cloud MLOps platforms (AWS SageMaker, Google Cloud Vertex AI) and tools like Weights & Biases or LangChain.
- Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Milvus, or Weaviate.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate LLM architecture logic including loss functions and backpropagation for technical accuracy.
- Audit ML-specific code and notebooks for training loops, data preprocessing, and model evaluations.
- Refine RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback) frameworks to improve model alignment.
- Analyze model reasoning across complex chain-of-thought prompts.
- Conduct comparative benchmarking between model outputs using technical taxonomies.
