Requirements
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- Professional-level experience building, deploying, or fine-tuning ML models in a production environment.
- Deep understanding of neural network architectures, including Transformers, CNNs, and RNNs.
- Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering, RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback), or RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) workflows.
- Advanced proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn) and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Expert proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow/Keras.
- Experience with cloud/MLOps tools such as AWS SageMaker, Google Cloud Vertex AI, Weights & Biases, or LangChain.
- Familiarity with vector databases like Pinecone, Milvus, or Weaviate.
- Ability to audit complex model logic, identify training data contamination, and evaluate mathematical proofs.
- Strong attention to detail in detecting hallucinations, bias, or logical failures in AI-generated content.
Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated explanations of model architectures, loss functions, and backpropagation for technical accuracy.
- Validate ML-specific code, including training loops, data preprocessing scripts, and model evaluations.
- Provide high-quality human feedback within RLHF frameworks to align models with human intent and safety.
- Critically assess how AI models navigate complex chain-of-thought (CoT) prompts to identify reasoning failures.
- Conduct comparative testing and benchmarking between model outputs based on technical taxonomies.
