Requirements
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or related quantitative field.
- Professional experience building, deploying, or fine-tuning ML models in production.
- Deep professional-level understanding of neural network architectures (Transformers, CNNs, RNNs) and optimization techniques.
- Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering, RLHF, or RAG workflows.
- Ability to audit complex model logic and evaluate mathematical proofs.
- Strong attention to detail in identifying AI hallucinations and logical failures.
- Expert proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow/Keras.
- Advanced Python skills (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn) and experience with Hugging Face Transformers.
- Experience with cloud and MLOps tools like AWS SageMaker, Google Cloud Vertex AI, Weights & Biases, or LangChain.
- Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Milvus, or Weaviate.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate LLM architecture logic, including loss functions and backpropagation, for technical accuracy.
- Audit ML-specific code and notebooks, including training loops and data preprocessing scripts.
- Refine RLHF frameworks to align models with human intent, safety, and helpfulness.
- Analyze complex chain-of-thought (CoT) reasoning to identify logical failures.
- Benchmark performance between different model outputs based on technical taxonomies and metrics.
