Requirements
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or related quantitative field with a focus on Machine Learning.
- Professional experience building, deploying, or fine-tuning ML models in a production environment.
- Professional-level understanding of neural network architectures including Transformers, CNNs, and RNNs.
- Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering, RLHF, or RAG workflows.
- Ability to audit complex model logic and identify training data contamination.
- Expert proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow/Keras.
- Advanced Python skills including NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
- Experience with Hugging Face Transformers.
- Experience with cloud MLOps tools such as AWS SageMaker or Google Cloud Vertex AI.
- Familiarity with vector databases like Pinecone, Milvus, or Weaviate.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate LLM architectural logic by reviewing explanations of model architectures, loss functions, and backpropagation.
- Audit ML-specific code, such as training loops, data preprocessing scripts, and model evaluations, for efficiency and correctness.
- Refine RLHF frameworks by providing feedback to align models with human intent, safety, and helpfulness.
- Analyze model reasoning by assessing AI navigation of complex chain-of-thought prompts.
- Benchmark performance through comparative testing of model outputs based on technical taxonomies.
