Requirements
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience building, deploying, or fine-tuning ML models in a production environment.
- Professional-level understanding of neural network architectures (Transformers, CNNs, RNNs).
- Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering, RLHF, or RAG workflows.
- Ability to audit complex model logic and identify training data contamination.
- Proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow/Keras.
- Advanced Python skills (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).
- Experience with Hugging Face Transformers.
- Experience with AWS SageMaker, Google Cloud Vertex AI, Weights & Biases, or LangChain.
- Familiarity with vector databases like Pinecone, Milvus, or Weaviate.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate LLM architecture logic, including review of explanations of loss functions and backpropagation.
- Audit ML-specific code, training loops, and data preprocessing scripts for efficiency and correctness.
- Refine RLHF frameworks to align models with human intent, safety, and helpfulness.
- Analyze AI model reasoning, including chain-of-thought (CoT) processes.
- Conduct comparative testing and benchmarking between different model outputs.
