Requirements
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related quantitative field with a focus on Machine Learning.
- Proven experience building, deploying, or fine-tuning machine learning models in a production environment.
- Professional-level understanding of neural network architectures including Transformers, CNNs, and RNNs.
- Hands-on experience with LLM specialization workflows such as Prompt Engineering, RLHF, or RAG.
- Ability to audit complex model logic, evaluate mathematical proofs, and identify training data contamination.
- Attention to detail in identifying hallucinations, biased outputs, and logical failures in AI-generated technical content.
- Expert proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow/Keras.
- Advanced Python skills including NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
- Experience with Hugging Face Transformers.
- Cloud/MLOps experience with AWS SageMaker, Google Cloud Vertex AI, Weights & Biases, or LangChain.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate LLM architecture logic including loss functions and backpropagation for technical accuracy.
- Audit ML-specific code such as training loops and data preprocessing scripts.
- Refine RLHF frameworks to align models with human intent, safety, and helpfulness.
- Analyze how models navigate chain-of-thought (CoT) prompts to identify reasoning breakdowns.
- Benchmark model performance against specific technical taxonomies and metrics.
