Requirements
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- Professional experience building, deploying, or fine-tuning machine learning models in production.
- Professional-level understanding of neural network architectures such as Transformers, CNNs, and RNNs.
- Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering, RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback), or RAG workflows.
- Ability to audit complex model logic, identify training data contamination, and evaluate mathematical proofs.
- Strong attention to detail in identifying AI hallucinations, bias, or logical failures.
- Expert proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow/Keras.
- Advanced Python skills (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).
- Experience with Hugging Face Transformers.
- Familiarity with cloud MLOps tools (AWS SageMaker, Google Cloud Vertex AI, Weights & Biases, LangChain).
- Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Milvus, or Weaviate.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate LLM-generated explanations of architectures, loss functions, and backpropagation for technical accuracy.
- Audit ML-specific code, including training loops, data preprocessing scripts, and model evaluations.
- Refine RLHF frameworks by providing high-quality human feedback for model alignment.
- Analyze model reasoning, specifically how models navigate complex chain-of-thought prompts.
- Conduct comparative performance testing and benchmarking between different model outputs.
