Requirements
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or related quantitative field with a focus on Machine Learning.
- Professional experience building, deploying, or fine-tuning ML models in a production environment.
- Expert proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow/Keras.
- Advanced Python skills (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).
- Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering, RLHF, or RAG workflows.
- Experience with Hugging Face Transformers.
- Deep understanding of neural network architectures (Transformers, CNNs, RNNs) and optimization techniques.
- Experience with cloud and MLOps tools such as AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, Weights & Biases, or LangChain.
- Familiarity with vector databases like Pinecone, Milvus, or Weaviate.
- Ability to audit model logic, identify training data contamination, and evaluate mathematical proofs.
- High attention to detail in detecting hallucinations, biases, or logical failures.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate LLM architecture logic, reviewing technical explanations for model architectures, loss functions, and backpropagation.
- Audit ML-specific code, including training loops, data preprocessing scripts, and model evaluations, for efficiency and correctness.
- Refine RLHF frameworks by providing high-quality human feedback to align models with human intent, safety, and helpfulness.
- Analyze model reasoning, critically assessing AI navigation of complex chain-of-thought prompts to identify failures.
- Benchmark performance by conducting comparative testing of model outputs based on technical taxonomies and metrics.
