Requirements
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or related quantitative field.
- Experience building, deploying, or fine-tuning ML models in a production environment.
- Professional-level understanding of neural network architectures including Transformers, CNNs, and RNNs.
- Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering, RLHF, or RAG workflows.
- Ability to audit complex model logic and identify training data contamination.
- Expert proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow/Keras.
- Advanced Python skills including NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
- Experience with Hugging Face Transformers.
- Experience with AWS SageMaker, Google Cloud Vertex AI, Weights & Biases, or LangChain.
- Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Milvus, or Weaviate.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate LLM architecture logic, including model explanations, loss functions, and backpropagation.
- Audit ML-specific code and notebooks for efficiency, correctness, and training loops.
- Refine RLHF frameworks to align models with human intent and safety.
- Analyze model reasoning in complex chain-of-thought prompts.
- Benchmark performance via comparative testing of model outputs.
