Requirements
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- Professional experience building, deploying, or fine-tuning ML models in a production environment.
- Deep understanding of neural network architectures such as Transformers, CNNs, and RNNs.
- Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering, RLHF, or RAG workflows.
- Ability to audit complex model logic and identify training data contamination.
- Expert proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow/Keras.
- Advanced Python skills including NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
- Experience with Hugging Face Transformers.
- Knowledge of MLOps tools like AWS SageMaker, Google Cloud Vertex AI, Weights & Biases, or LangChain.
- Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Milvus, or Weaviate.
Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated explanations of model architectures, loss functions, and backpropagation for technical accuracy.
- Validate ML-specific code including training loops, data preprocessing scripts, and model evaluations.
- Provide high-quality human feedback to refine RLHF frameworks and align models with human intent.
- Critically assess AI navigation of complex chain-of-thought prompts and identify reasoning failures.
- Conduct comparative testing between different model outputs based on technical taxonomies and performance metrics.
