Requirements
- Solid Rust experience with non-trivial project history.
- Proficiency in Linux/UNIX environments.
- Strong grasp of concurrency, async, and performance tradeoffs.
- Ability to write clean, well-tested code.
- Familiarity with standard debugging workflows.
- Crypto exchange API experience (CEX or DEX) is a plus.
- Experience with frontend/backend development (TypeScript, React).
- GCP or cloud infrastructure exposure.
- Familiarity with market data, order books, or execution systems.
- Python proficiency for tooling and testing.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP and latency sensitivity.
Responsibilities
- Optimize and extend the existing Rust market-making engine.
- Integrate new CEX and DEX venues, including REST, WebSocket, order lifecycle, and market data normalization.
- Build and improve the internal trader dashboard including frontend and backend integrations.
- Deploy and maintain services within GCP infrastructure including observability and data pipelines.
- Debug live systems against real trading logs and production behavior.
- Collaborate with quants to translate strategy logic into production code.
