- Proven experience operating in the top tier of engineering teams.
- Demonstrated ability to ship fast while maintaining high-quality code standards.
- Experience scaling systems and teams in hyper-growth environments.
- Proven track record of taking ownership of complex, ambiguous technical problems.
- Strong technical judgment regarding data models, abstractions, and engineering tradeoffs.
- Experience with observability concepts such as monitoring, logging, and tracing.
- Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, ClickHouse, and Kubernetes is a plus.
- Active contributor to open-source or significant personal projects.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale core developer infrastructure products.
- Ship high-quality, reliable code rapidly in a production environment.
- Identify and resolve complex technical problems independently.
- Take end-to-end ownership of systems and codebase quality.
- Collaborate with a high-caliber team on an open-source observability platform.
