Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in technology implementation, process improvement, or a client-facing consulting role.
- Experience within professional services or an accounting/finance environment.
- Proven project management skills, including planning, resource management, and stakeholder alignment.
- Demonstrated experience evaluating and deploying AI or automation tools in a business context.
- Comfortable presenting to executives and managing complex client expectations.
- Understanding of professional services accounting and finance operations.
- Familiarity with data privacy, security, and compliance considerations.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) is a strong asset.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting platforms is a strong asset.
- PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Lead billable client engagements focused on AI and automation to improve financial and operational workflows.
- Serve as primary project lead, managing scope, timelines, deliverables, and client relationships.
- Conduct discovery sessions and process assessments to identify client needs and design solutions.
- Own the full project lifecycle, including initial scoping, planning, execution, and handoff.
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and integration of AI tools for both clients and internal operations.
- Identify opportunities to streamline internal processes like data entry and reporting using AI.
- Coach and mentor junior staff on AI tools, project workflows, and engagement best practices.
