Requirements
- University degree with a business focus.
- At least 5 years of experience in complex business, consulting, or enterprise strategy environments.
- Broad HR expertise beyond talent acquisition, such as talent management, L&D, total rewards, employee engagement, or DE&I.
- Proven consulting skills, including partnering with senior stakeholders to shape strategy and deliver results.
- Comfort in client-facing settings at every level, including the C-suite.
- Deep understanding of organizational structures, culture, and dynamics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Experience with project management software is a plus.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to manage tight deadlines and competing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements through research, interviews, and workshops to translate findings into strategic insight reports.
- Develop core culture assets, including culture blueprints, narratives, leadership values, and Employee Value Propositions (EVPs).
- Build presentations and strategic models to guide client work and support new business pursuits.
- Cultivate client relationships built on trust to expand account engagements over time.
- Collaborate with design, content, digital, and creative teams to translate strategy into activation.
- Design solution frameworks including thought leadership, timelines, resource mobilization, and budget structures.
- Partner with business development to create solution-based proposals for enterprise-level clients.
