Job Details

University degree with a business focus.
At least 5 years of experience in complex business, consulting, or enterprise strategy environments.
Broad HR expertise beyond talent acquisition, such as talent management, L&D, total rewards, employee engagement, or DE&I.
Proven consulting skills, including partnering with senior stakeholders to shape strategy and deliver results.
Comfort in client-facing settings at every level, including the C-suite.
Deep understanding of organizational structures, culture, and dynamics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Experience with project management software is a plus.
A self-starter mindset with the ability to manage tight deadlines and competing priorities.

Lead client engagements through research, interviews, and workshops to translate findings into strategic insight reports.
Develop core culture assets, including culture blueprints, narratives, leadership values, and Employee Value Propositions (EVPs).
Build presentations and strategic models to guide client work and support new business pursuits.
Cultivate client relationships built on trust to expand account engagements over time.
Collaborate with design, content, digital, and creative teams to translate strategy into activation.
Design solution frameworks including thought leadership, timelines, resource mobilization, and budget structures.
Partner with business development to create solution-based proposals for enterprise-level clients.
