Requirements
- Strong experience in Full Stack development using JavaScript and .NET ecosystems (Node.js or .NET Core, Web APIs)
- Experience with containerized environments, especially Docker
- Familiarity with CMS-based systems and web content platforms
- Experience designing and evolving scalable web architectures and systems
- Proficiency with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and MSSQL
- Frontend experience with React, Angular, or Vue frameworks
- Experience mentoring junior developers and promoting engineering best practices
- Strong communication skills and Agile delivery experience
Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and actively contribute to the development of scalable web and mobile applications in an agile environment, ensuring high performance and maintainability.
- Take ownership of system understanding and share technical knowledge across teams, supporting alignment and engineering consistency.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy alongside senior engineers to support platform evolution and scalability.
- Mentor and support junior developers, providing guidance on best practices, code quality, and technical problem-solving.
- Improve system robustness, resilience, and stability through proactive identification of issues and implementation of enhancements.
- Collaborate on the development and integration of full stack solutions using modern JavaScript and .NET ecosystems.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to deliver reliable, user-focused features in a fast-paced environment.
