  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English and the target language
  • Professional and positive phone manner with clients from all types of businesses
  • Experience with VRI systems (preferred)
  • Familiarity working in a windows environment (preferred)
  • PC Trouble shooting skills (preferred)
  • Previous interpreting experience (preferred)
  • Hardware requirements: High speed internet (5 Mbps Download / 5 Mbps Upload)
  • Hardware requirements: PC (Windows 8.1+) or Mac (macOS 10.10+)
  • Hardware requirements: Chroma key blue backdrop and USB headset

Responsibilities

  • Interpret through web-based VRI system
  • Answering inbound calls in a timely manner
  • Assist clients with basic troubleshooting (refer to manager or IT department if necessary)
  • Provide superior customer service
