- Strong oral and written communication skills in English and the target language
- Professional and positive phone manner with clients from all types of businesses
- Experience with VRI systems (preferred)
- Familiarity working in a windows environment (preferred)
- PC Trouble shooting skills (preferred)
- Previous interpreting experience (preferred)
- Hardware requirements: High speed internet (5 Mbps Download / 5 Mbps Upload)
- Hardware requirements: PC (Windows 8.1+) or Mac (macOS 10.10+)
- Hardware requirements: Chroma key blue backdrop and USB headset
Responsibilities
- Interpret through web-based VRI system
- Answering inbound calls in a timely manner
- Assist clients with basic troubleshooting (refer to manager or IT department if necessary)
- Provide superior customer service
